Frequently Asked Questions

Is it possible to return products that are damaged?

Yes. In the event that the product is damaged, it has a stain or any other irregularity, you can feel free to return and you would get a replacement for that product or credit in our store. For more information, please see our Refund Policy.

Is it possible to return the product if it's too big or small?

Yes. Return of such items is possible provided that the item is not worn, washed or used. Those products can be replaced by the same item. You need to send the item back to us and send us the money for the return postage from us to you. For more information, please see our Rules of return.

Can your products be found anywhere else?

No. Our products are sold exclusively on our internet store. We do have several items on our eBay store and the only other option is to find us on some of the summer festivals in Cleveland or Chicago.

Are your products safe for children and people in general?

Yes. All of our shirts and hats were decorated on our machines where we use only products that are safe for young children and people. For decoration we use embroidery thread that has no lead (Lead Free) inside and for screen printing we use inks that are free of phthalates (Phthalate Free).

Do you have a standard size t-shirt?

We have not heard that someone had a problem with our shirts and their sizes. Shirts are in standard sizes for the U.S. market. We try to always use cotton shirts that have already been washed and pre-shrunk in the production. You can see standard shirt sizing here.

Will t-shirts shrink after washing?

Yes. Every shirt made of cotton will shrink after washing. We use premium cotton shirts that are pre-shrunk as part of their production. That does not mean shirt will not shrink after the first wash, but it will shrink a lot less than a shirt that is not pre-shrunk.

Are there any special instructions for the care of your product?

The most important thing is that in the first wash, or the first few washes, you wash t-shirts turned inside-out.
